Thank you for shopping with Jessica's Jewels — we can't wait for your new piece to find its way to you. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping notification with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

During promotional sales or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We regularly run free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to activate after you receive your shipping confirmation. Use your tracking link to follow your order every step of the way.


International Orders — Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Jessica's Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or processing.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and any safe-drop locations nearby
  2. Contact your local post office or the carrier directly
  3. If still unresolved after 3 business days, email us at support@jessica-jewels.com

We will work with the carrier to investigate and do everything we can to resolve the situation. Please note that once a carrier confirms delivery, Jessica's Jewels cannot be held liable for packages reported as stolen.


Wrong Address

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error right after ordering, email us immediately at support@jessica-jewels.com — we can only make changes before the order is shipped.
