30-Day Happiness Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. After this window, we are unable to process returns.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and in its original condition
- Have all original packaging, tags, and pouches intact
- Not be listed as a Final Sale item
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Earrings (all styles)
- Personalized or engraved pieces
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Email us at support@jessica-jewels.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your item. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received will be refunded in full — including any original shipping costs — or replaced free of charge at your preference.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? We're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Simply mention this in your return request email.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
We're so sorry if this happened! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jessica-jewels.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and/or the issue
We'll resolve it immediately at zero cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, your order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please email us right away at support@jessica-jewels.com and we'll do our best to help.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage). We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
